I have had many ups and downs on my own personal fitness journey and in life. During that time I have learned various ways to overcome roadblocks, break plateaus and stay focused so goals can be achieved.
I help my 1:1 clients design their vision for their new lifestyle utilizing powerful journal prompts to get to the bottom of why you don’t actually want to be at your ideal weight. My philosophy is that if you really wanted it, you would have it because the universe never ever interfere with free will.

We make it fun, we make it light and we do a lot of feeling work to call in this brand new version of you. We create a radical transformation that starts from within.
