Also, I’ve included ways in which I use these ingredients, including a short list of some of the “processed” healthy snacks I sometimes get when I have a sweet tooth, but want to somewhat stay on track. Most of them are protein focused, but all of them are tasty and will be sure to leave you with endless options!
